Welcome to my site. My name is Ian Sherwood, I was born and bred in Letchworth Hertfordshire, just 40 miles north of London. What is revealed here is a little of what makes me tick, and why I can honestly say I have enjoyed my 49+ years on this wonderful planet earth..
What you will find are some of my interests, what I do 9 to 5, five days a week. Plus my thoughts on some more serious spiritual matters - Heaven Bound.
Going through a virtual “mid life crisis”
I have just reached the half century, and am very grateful to be in full time employment. I occasionally have a few hours spare to get away and enjoy the out door life.
As the days get longer I try and get out for the odd long walk, maybe up a mountain or just along a river bank. Our trusty family springer spaniel gives me a great excuse to get out and about in the quieter paths of Bedfordshire. I have just recently brought a sit on kayak; great fun and not too strenuous. A great way to find some quiet stretch of water to go paddling. Enough of my dreaming take a look around and enjoy .
